Vision

  • The China-Italy Design Innovation Hub will give full play to the advantages of Tsinghua University and Politecnico di Milano in design discipline, take talent training as the core and design innovation as the driving force, unify the Milan School of design, Tsinghua University, and create an international comprehensive platform for design innovation.


    The functions of the China-Italy Design Innovation Hub cover personnel training, design research, exhibition and exchange. Through the innovation management mode and operation mechanism, it closely cooperates with the industry, guides the transformation of achievements, serves the business incubation, and makes positive contributions to the education, scientific research, cultural exchange and industrial development of China and Italy.

  • IT INTEGRATES TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION AND FASHION INTO THE BODY
    Tsinghua University China-Italy Design Innovation Hub is located in #39 Durando street nearby the POLIMI BOVISA campus, adjacent to Morghen street and Cosenz street, with facilitate traffic and a dignified academic atmosphere. The total building area of the hub is 23973 square meters, designed by Alessandro Mendini, a world-famous architect. It integrates technology, innovation and fashion into the body.
