Project Introduction


Short video and live broadcast e-commerce started in 2016. From the initial purpose of content construction and traffic monetization, the industry chain has gradually become complete and diversifified. At  present, the industry has only been in an explosive growth stage from the bud to the outbreak for more than  3 years. As of March 2020, e-commerce live broadcast users have reached 265 million; by 2019, the overall  transaction volume of live e-commerce reached 451.29 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 200.4%,  accounting for 4.5% of the overall scale of online shopping. It is expected to continue in the next two years  Maintain a relatively high growth trend, and the transaction size is expected to reach trillions in 2020.

The cultural and creative industry leaders series of training programs will integrate global high-quality  design, management, smart manufacturing and business management academic resources, and invite  outstanding designers, entrepreneurs, investors and famous scholars from around the world to explore the  development of emerging industries. And the future. Students will learn in a customized international  classroom atmosphere through a new online and offlfflffline hybrid teaching model. After the students  complete the course and pass the assessment, they can obtain a certifificate of completion of training issued  by the University of London.


Training Goal


The series of training programs for leaders in cultural and creative industries is a highly innovative and high-end training program. It brings together the top academic power and industrial power in China and the West, and aims to cultivate outstanding practitioners and managers who integrate global vision and innovation leadership. The trainees will learn about the industry's macroscopic and practical application trends and skills through the course, combine actual combat experience and the professional knowledge they have learned, and transform them into innovative landing plans to assist in corporate transformation and industry innovation.

Teaching Model


Duration: 9~10 months

Curriculum Plan


Module 1: Creative Cultural Industry 

This module aims to outline design evolution  and explore new values in the industry to  drive innovative businesses. Today, it  provides a systematic design method and  enhances the complexity, awareness and  competitiveness of management in the  industry.


Module 2: Video & Live
Broadcast The second module will allow students to understand the entire live video industry from a macro  to a practical perspective, and allow students to  use cutting-edge methods to solve major  challenges faced by cities around the world, and  try various latest industry tools and platforms.  Combine each unique urban background and  urban DNA to adapt to various challenges.


Module 3: Framework and tools 

The purpose of this module, the first part is to let  the students understand the basic elements of the  industry business model, to help students design  the correct business model, the second part  through narrative, storytelling, explanation, etc.,  to prove the value/core of the product or story  /Products, thus providing support for enterprises.  The third part helps students understand the role  of data and analysis to acquire knowledge about  users in order to provide them with a personalized  customer experience.


Module 4: Workshop & Forum
The course includes teacher lectures and case analysis, supplemented by group discussions, practical simulations and various forms of workshops.The English-taught part will be equipped with tutors or teaching assistants to help students communicate with teachers and answer difficult questions




Application Conditions


Both ability and political integrity, with industry influence.

Have 3-5 years and above working experience.

With a certain level of English proficiency, the academic committee of this project will assess whether the proficiency meets the requirements.
